As Director of Recruiting, Tian leverages her expertise in research, networking, and strategic planning to deliver thoughtful, tailored solutions that align with the goals of both clients and candidates. Her work spans a broad range, even extending to international searches, such as finding talent in Singapore for an executive placement. Tian is dedicated to understanding her clients’ business goals while ensuring that candidates’ personal and professional aspirations are always part of the equation. She builds meaningful, lasting relationships by fostering open communication, actively listening, and thoughtfully connecting the right talent with the right opportunities. Outside of work, Tian stays busy fostering dogs as they prepare for their forever homes—though her rescue dog, Benji, often insists on being the center of attention and occasionally demands extra treats to stay on board with the plan.

Jessie has spent her 15 year career building experiences—whether it’s shaping teams, crafting culture, or connecting people to work that truly resonates. Early in her career, Jessie recruited creative talent, supporting designers and art directors across top brands. She went on to lead in-house retail recruitment, where she built teams for design studios and retail environments, including in-house store design and construction teams. Over the years, she's partnered with founders, executives and teams to align talent strategy with business goals, designing systems that blend structure with heart: recruiting processes that feel human and company cultures that balance creativity with purpose.
